- Take 1 big banana flower
- Prepare 1 potato finely chopped

Now, in a mixing bowl: Add in the cleaned Banana Blossoms & the mustard paste that's already been prepared- Coat it with this paste absolutely good & thoroughly- set aside, once done. In the same Kadhai/Wok/Pan: Add in some more mustard oil (if the need be so to replenish the same- if the brinjals have absorbed all of it), else use the same oil- remaining from the fried brinjals/eggplants. Strain and add them to a grinder jar. Add roughly chopped coconut to the grinder jar and blitz everything again until the coconut completely disintegrates.

- Clean the banana flower and remove the thread like string from each flower.
- Chop the potato and colocassia finely.
- Boil the banana flower in pressure cooker with salt water and turmeric powder for 10 mins to remove the bitterness.
- Make a paste of jeera, mustard, garlic and red chilli.
- In a kadhai, add Mustard oil, panch phoran and then the mustard paste.
- Then add the potato and colocassia and cook for some time to soften it.
- Then add the boiled Banana flower and mix thoroughly and cook for some time.
- In the last add little mustard oil and switch off the flame. It is ready to serve with rice.
Strain and add them to a grinder jar. Add roughly chopped coconut to the grinder jar and blitz everything again until the coconut completely disintegrates. Stir the banana flower with a wooden spatula and you will notice a sticky paste clinging onto the spatula. Repeat this a few times to fully remove the sticky paste. Once the potatoes are soft, add the flowers and soft drumsticks, toss at higher flame.
