I usually double the recipe and freeze one. Prepare the lasagna ahead of time - cooking the ground beef and forming the layers of your lasagna. Layer down the sauce, keto lasagna noodles, red sauce beef mixture and cheese in a large baking dish. Repeat the process until the entire lasagna is assembled.
Instructions to make Keto Lasagna:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees and place a baking a sheet on a baking tray. Coat the aubergines with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Oven bake for 10 mins and set aside.
