  2. Add Soy Sauce and Mirin, and adjust the saltiness with Salt. Add finely ground White Pepper to taste.
  3. Place rightly cooked Ramen noodles and your favourite toppings (my favourite toppings for 'Shoyu Ramen' are Boiled Egg and Roasted Pork), and enjoy immediately!

This chicken ramen soup broth is so jam packed full of flavour. I like to serve it with my homemade chashu p. Put water in a pot until it completely covers the pork meat. Pull out the meat and put it in a resealable bag with Shoyu Ramen Soup EX, sake, and honey/sugar. And when I say "made with soy sauce", I don't mean that soy sauce is merely added to the cooked broth.
