- Prepare Toban Djan (Chili Bean Sauce)
- Prepare *Note: Add 1-2 teaspoons Sugar if you like it sweeter
- Get *Note: Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Once it starts boiling, remove from the heat, then cool
Slice all your yakiniku meat and vegetables into small, thin bitesize pieces before lighting up your barbecue or begin heating the grill plate on a portable stove placed on the table. Start adding the meat and vegetables to the grill and allow to cook for a few moments before turning over and finish cooking on the other side. Yakiniku is the name for barbecue in Japan. Steps to make Yakiniku:
