- Masar dal ke mix karein or 3 guna pani dal ke 15 mint whistle dein. Ya ap Apny hisab se pani dal lein ku ke hr city mein pani ka frk hota Hai. Kabi jaldi khana ban jata to kabhi dair se.
- 15 mint baad daikh lein agr kachi paki Hai or pani km lg rha to aik glass pani daal kar 3 mint or whistle de dein. Sbz dhania dal kar mix karein.
- Pateely mein oil dalein. Salt dal dein. Green chilli b dal dein 1 mint bhouny. Phir 1 kg ke hisab se jitny glass rice hen us hisab se dair glass pani km dalein..
- Pani ko boil aye to rice dal dein. Medium anch par pani khusk hony tak cook karein. Jab rice me pani ka bulbula bnny lgy to aik bar spoon se mix kar ke 15 mint Ke liye dum de dein.
- Cucumber or oil pickl ke sath serve karein. JazakAllah
