- Prepare Finely chopped onion

In a mixing bowl take soaked and boiled chana. Add all the dry spice powders such as red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and black salt. Also add green chutney, and tamarind chutney. Drain the water, rinse the chickpeas and boil them until done.

- Take a plate add boil Chana, onion, tomato, and all spices.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander.
Also add green chutney, and tamarind chutney. Drain the water, rinse the chickpeas and boil them until done. In case you are using canned chickpeas skip pressure cooking and use drained chickpeas directly. Chana chaat is a quick snack made with boiled chickpeas.
