  5. Heat a pan with with butter and add the brown sugar in it. When they melt and starts boiling then switch off the flame.
  6. Grease a cake tin with butter put the caramelised sugar in it.
  7. Then put the apple slices over it and then put the batter.
  8. Heat a tawa and over it put a pressure cooker and allow it preheat for 5-10 minutes and then place the cake tin in it and cover the lid without weighing the whistle in low flame.
  9. Check it after 35 minutes with the help of a toothpick whether it is perfectly baked or not. If not again bake it for 5 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  10. After cooling down demould it. Cut it into pieces and serve by garnishing some chopped pistachios over it.
