- Add cake batter over orange slices in mould.spread batter evenly and bake at 180°c for 40 min.then check by inserting toothpick inside.it comes clean out then cake is ready. Let it cool at room temperature.
- When cake is cooled,place platter over mould & turn cake upside down.as you can see,cake comes out clean without sticking & burning.
- Remove butter paper carefully.
