  4. Add the remaining flour (depending on your liking you can add 25g or max. 35g for this second time), and the baking soda together
  5. After the flour is mixed, the texture should be firm enough and not sticky to the spoon nor your hand
  6. Preheat the oven at 160°c while you are shaping the cookies
  7. On your baking tray, place the wax paper, and place a nice round shape of cookies (all together will make 25 pieces of cookies)
  8. Flatten the balls, because it won't spread during the baking process
  9. Bake for 12-15mins until the surface becomes a bit firm and there's golden crown on the bottom edge
  10. The texture will still be a bit soft inside, but don't worry it'll get hard / firm after it cools down
  11. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool down before placing it in a jar. Enjoy!
