- Cook on low flame till it is mixed. Add all dry masale and mix.
- Add chopped potato and eggplant and mixed well. Toss well. Add water and place the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame.
- Open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves and garam masala and mix.
- Serve hot with chapatti or parantha.
