- In a bowl or saucepan mix the pasta, gammon, leeks and bechamel sauce together.
- Transfer to an ovenproof baking tray and top with the chedder cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions and then drain well. Put half of the spaghetti into the casserole dish. Cover with a third of the sauce. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions, then drain, reserving a little of the cooking liquid.
