To make paneer butter masala, firstly onions, tomatoes & cashews are sauteed with spices. Then these are blended to a silky smooth puree which forms the curry base. This is further simmered with butter & spices to make the butter masala. Lastly cubed paneer is added to it along with the cream which makes it creamy & amazingly delicious.

- Mix all the ingredients except butter with 2 spoon oil.
- Rest the dough for 2 hours covered with cloth and plate.
- The dough will rise. Make small ball dust maida and do it in oval shape.
- Keep water in one side. Stick it to non-stick dosa tawa
- Keep it in flame. When bubble comes wait for one minute slightly it comes out sticky part.
- Turn and show it in medium flame.Apply butter to it.
- In a kadai add oil and jeera when it splitters add ginger,garlic, Green chilli cut into pieces.Onion cut into small pieces add to it.
- Then cut tomato into small pieces removing seeds. Add little salt.
- When raw smell goes add masalas and crushed kasuri methi to it.
- When cooked well and raw smell goes add cashew paste to it.
- When cooked add panneer to it. Put panneer in hot water to make it soft.
- Finally add butter and fresh cream.
