- Now divide dough into 2 parts…then take 1 part and roll it with rolling pin and make a round shape.. Then in the center of dough add potato mixture and make pleats and seal it… Then press gently to spread the dough (with hands)… Then on the upper side put some coriander leaves and brush water…
- Now heat tawa and put (water side) naan on tawa… And cook. Turn tawa on cook upper side on the flame until upper side is cooked and beautiful color comes out… Then on the upper surface apply butter and serve it with raita….
Both Naan and kulcha will be very soft in texture. Naan will be more fluffy and soft as we are adding yeast to the dough. We can stuff paneer, aloo and onion to the kulcha. This is a popular recipe all over India. Amritsari Aloo Kulcha is a flatbread which is quite popular in Amritsar (Punjab).
