- Mix the wheat flour,water,salt,sugar and oil.make the dough and keep for one hour.
- Take big ball of dough and roll it in oval shape.take some water and spread over one side of the naan.the put the wet side on the tawa and cook under high flame.once its starts puffing turn the bread and show it across flame to get the bubbles.
- Brush the bread with butter and serve.
