- Pour some oil in a pan,let it heat up on medium-high heat,then add the sliced onions and fry them till golden-brown.Once ready remove them from the oil and place aside on a plate.
- In another separate pot,pour some water,salt,cinnamon,bayleaf & cardamon then cover to let the water to boil. - Once the water starts to boil add the rice,stir and cover to let the rice to cook till soft.
- Once the rice is soft drain the water and remove all the spices, Add half of the rice in a baking dish,followed by fried onions, 3tablespoon of oil and repeat the process.
- Cover with aluminium foil and place in a preheated oven at 170 degres for 20-25minutes.
- Once ready, remove from the oven and decorate with boiled eggs to get the definition of jasmine flower rice and serve on a plate with stir-fried liver,chicken or meat and enjoy !!!.
