  1. Take Chire in a bowl. Wash it in cold water. Take out the Chire after washing them. Let it dry.
  2. Chop the veggies into fine pieces. Perboil them before cooking. Pour vegetable oil in pan.
  3. Temper the oil with 1 tsp Jeera. Put carrot slices for frying. After frying them for few minutes, add the cauliflower florets. Fry for few minutes.
  4. Add the potatoes next. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder. Keep frying in low flame till veggies soften.
  5. When Chire gets dried, add 1 tsp turmeric powder. Mix well
  6. Put it in pan. Carefully mix veggies with Chire. Cook for another few minutes.
