- Make ready 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- Get Oil for Cooking
- Get Desi Ghee 2 Spoon full
- Take Bay leaves 2
- Take Green Freshy Coriander
- Make ready Aluminum foil
Steps to make Bombay Biryani:
- Take Basmati Rice clean it, wash it, and keep aside for 10 min then Boil 2 Bowl full water in a container add 1 Spoon Cooking Oil and Dry Masala like Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper after boiling water add Basmati Rice and Cooked it for 5 to 7 min. Rice will be half Cooked not Fully Cooked.
- Drain the Excess water of Rice and keep aside. Keep the all Veggies Cut into Cubes together for Cooking Biryani, Afterwards in a Kadhai add 1 Cup any Refined or Cooking Oil heat for 2 min then add Cumin Seeds,Bay leaves, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon heat for 2 min.
- After that add Sliced Onion 1 Cup and Cook for 5 to 7 min then add Ginger Garlic Green Chillies Paste 2 Spoon Fry for 2 min then add Tomato Puree 1 Cup and Cook for 5 to 7 min.
- After Cooking Onion and Tomato Puree add 1 Cup Potato cut into Cubes Fry for 2 min then add Carrot cut into Cubes fry for 5 to 7 min then mix all the Masala Ingredients Turmeric Powder 1 Spoon,Red Chilli Powder 1 Spoon, Salt to taste, Cumin Powder 1 Spoon, Coriander Powder 1 Spoon,Shahi Biryani Masala 1 Pouch mix well all ingredients together and fry for 5 min
- While cooking Masala for 5 min Cover the lid Afterwards add 1 Cup Yogurt mix well and again cook for 5 min till the oil retain over the surface.
- After Cooking all the Masala then add remaining Veggies like Cauliflower, French Beans, Capcicum cut into Cubes lastly add Green fresh Peas and Salt to taste mix well all the Veggies and Cook for 5 to 7 on low flame, While cooking Cover the lid,After half Cooked Veggies,Take out half Veggies into a Bowl and divide into 2 equal parts.
- After that keep reminding Veggies in the Kadhai or Pan then Spread evenly the Half Cooked Rice over the half fried Veggies. Note- Also divide the half Cooked Rice into two container. After that Spread the Remaining Veggie over the half Cooked Rice.
- Now, Spread the Remaining half Cooked Rice over the Veggie, Sprinkle some food Colour and Garnish with Green fresh Coriander then Cover the half Cooked Biryani with Silver foil then cover with lid and cook the Biryani for 20 min on low flame.
- After Cooking Biryani open the lid and open the Aluminium foil and Serve it hot to the Plater from one side with any chutney or Raita. Your Delicious Bombay Biryani is Ready to Enjoy 😋🥰
