Meanwhile, preheat the grill to medium hot. Toast the burger buns until lightly golden. Place the burgers on the griddle or into the pan, then use a spatula to lightly press them down, making sure the burger is in full contact with the pan. Preheat an outdoor barbecue for high heat.

- To make the chicken patty, mix all ingredients and refrigerate to marinate chicken mince for 30 minutes
