  2. Make ready 1 katori curd
  3. Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  1. Boil arbi,peel and chopped
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard, cumin and ajwain+ hing when splutter put arbi and saute well.
  3. Then put red chilli,haldi, besan and salt mix well. Cook for 2-3 min.
  4. Now add curd flame high and stir continuously for few min. Then pour one katori water and cook for 2 to 4 min. Dahi wali Arbi ready.
  5. Transfer to a bowl sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with coriander & serve with roti.
