Instructions to make I love cooking:
  1. Soak rice for about 1/2 hr
  2. Take a frying pan put some ghee to it
  3. Fry cauliflower and green peas until it get golden brown.Once the colour changes turn it to a clean bowl
  4. Now take a pressure cooker
  5. Add some oil to it then add one bay leaf,some cumin seeds, one clove,cardamom to it.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and make it brown.
  7. Then add finely chopped vegetables to it(onion,capsicum, cabbage, carrot and beans)fry until the vegetables are nicely cooked. Then add soya chunks to it.
  8. Add all the spices (jeera powder,corrainder powder,Black pepper, red chilli)to the vegetables to give it a nice flavor and texture
  9. Add salt according to your taste
  10. Mix it well for about 3minutes then add a pinch of Biryani masala to it.
  11. Once the vegetables are cooked add the basmati rice to it and one glass of water to it.
  12. Mix it properly and lastly add a spoon of saffron milk over it.
  13. Cover it with the lid.
  14. Wait for 2-3whistles then opem the lid
  15. Serve it hot.
