  1. Chop mushrooms, spring onions. Heat a frying pan with oil. Cook mushrooms for 6mins.

  3. Boil a pan of water & add the 2 eggs. Cook for 3/4mins. Then add the ramen noodles. Cook till ramen noodles are almost done.
  4. Remove the eggs & set aside for now. Drain the noodles & place back in pan.
  5. Add mushroom soup, sweetcorn, mushrooms & spring onions. Cook till soup is well mixed & hot. Keep stirring while cooking to prevent any sticking.
  6. Grate some cheese. Peel the eggs & cut in half. Pour ramen soup into a serving bowl. Top with cheese & place the eggs on top.
  7. Place the bowl in the middle of the table. grab a bowl full & enjoy!
